This cake was for my coworker's daughter who was leaving for the navy. Anchors away! We ended up putting it on a silver cake base and it looked even better! 

Rustic 'Naked' Wedding Cake!

This is my first wedding cake I've ever done. I was terrified when she asked for a 'Naked cake' needless to say! The venue was in another town 3 hours away so this cake had to make it in one piece and couldn't dry out or melt before the reception! After several test cakes and googling info and then standing up as a bridesmaid with icing on my hands (not good for wiping tears during the ceremony!)...the end result was gorgeous. I couldn't be happier! Congrats Tracey and Eric!

Simple Yet Elegant 21st Birthday Cake!

My coworker mentioned her daughters 21st birthday was the next day and remembered that I do cakes and said she would have to get me to do one the next year. I wouldn't have it and told her I would make one for her and bring it to work the next day. Pics don't do it justice, it turned out beautiful and her daughter loved it!
